Message from the Section Chair
Welcome to a new year at the ASNT South Texas Section. We have an active group and a diverse membership with people working in NDE Research and Development, Power Plant and Oil Field Inspection, and training of NDE personnel. We are also working with University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) to present NDE technologies to students. One of our Directors teaches an undergraduate program course in the mechanical engineering department at UTSA.
The South Texas Section of ASNT finds its success through the involvement of its members and those in the South Texas NDT community. We encourage nondestructive testing professionals to join us and become an active member of the leading technical society for NDE specialists.
